coin meters for electricity

We have purchased an apartment in rojales, alicante and would like to rent out. We thought the easiest way would be to have a coin meter for our electricity. Does anyone know where it can be purchased and fitted.
we are not worried about people breaking in because we have friends that will be emptying it.
Any suggestions please.
